Ramni is a new-built, 2-level complex which consists of 3 spacious studios right on the beach of Baxedes on the North east part of the island only 4 kilometers away from the center of Oia, the world-renowned for its views of the Santorini sunset. The most spectacular feature of Ramni is that it is located right next to the sea, with private access to the beaches and a private lounge area where you can enjoy the pristine Aegean Sea, the color of the sunset and the magnificent sunrise. It offers a comfortable stay in a beautiful surrounding, where tradition meets the sea creating the perfect scenery for unforgettable holidays. Ramni is the perfect retreat for guests who wish to stay in a private environment and are looking to avoid big crowds. Ramni is a complex of 3 studios with their own private entrance and own private veranda. Each studio can accommodate 2 or 3 guests and has been designed in the traditional Cycladic style, with the distinctive white color, the curves and arches. All studios are air-conditioned (cooling/ heating) and they have a double bed, a small living area, bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils, mini-fridge, coffee facilities, television, hair-dryer, iron, veranda with sea view and internet access (with your own computer). There is also a large shared lounge terrace with comfortable lounge beds, couches, sun chairs and tents where you can relax enjoying the magnificent view of the sea, the colors of the sunset and the magnificent sunrise. In additional Ramni has a beautiful private yard with barbeque and dining area for all guests. At Ramni we can accommodates 6 persons at beds, maximum 8 on request. We do have concierge service available for our guests. We do recommend to rent a car at Ramni, private parking on the complex.

Any cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival results in 50% payment of the entire booking.
Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, or non-show, or departure prior to the scheduled one, results in 100 % payment of entire booking.
Cancellation related payments are charged on the given credit card number.

RAMNI is located in Baxedes. It is a famous beach of Oia, which attracts many tourists every summer. The beach lies 4 km from Oia center, one of the most cosmopolitan tourists resorts in Santorini. The magnificent sunset of Oia, has made this settlement famous all around the world. Oia Oia was also the first settlement in Greece considered preservable. It preserves its insular nobility, while the carved in the rocks houses, typical samples of the Theran architecture, impress all visitors. If you want to have a good time, there are many restaurants and bars all around Oia, where you can relish a good meal or drink, enjoying the magnificent view under the candlelight. Oia offers amazing spots to relax and enjoy the vast Aegean Sea and the Caldera. A favorite spot for artists and couples, this small village has impressive cave houses, narrow streets, white churches with blue dome and nice stone houses. You can find in Oia a range of shops, galleries restaurants and travel agencies. Medical center, pharmacy, car and bike hire and spas can be find in Oia. There are 2 ATM machine, taxis and a public bus between the village and the main town of Fira (14 kilometers). The Capital Fira is at 8 kilometers from our houses.
